Description
Summary:Objective: To study the correlation between the endometrial carcinoma ultrasound contrast parameters and the malignant biological characteristics of cancer cells in focus tissue. Methods: A total of 35 patients who were diagnosed with endometrial carcinoma in our hospital between May 2014 and August 2016 were selected as the malignant group of the research, 50 patients with myoma of uterus who received surgical resection were selected as the benign group of the research, ultrasonic contrast was conducted to measure the Peak intensity (Peak), time to peak (TTP) and mean transit time (MMT), and the endometrial carcinoma tissue and the tissue adjacent to carcinoma of malignant group as well as the endometrial tissue of the benign group were collected to determine the expression of proliferation and apoptosis genes. Results: The Peak and MTT levels of cancer tissue of malignant group were significantly higher than those of the tissue adjacent to carcinoma of malignant group and the focus tissue of benign group while TTP level was significantly lower than that of the tissue adjacent to carcinoma of malignant group and the focus tissue of benign group; c-myb, cyclinD1, CDK4 and CDK6 expression in cancer tissue of malignant group were significantly higher than those in the tissue adjacent to carcinoma of malignant group and the focus tissue of benign group, positively correlated with Peak and MTT, and negatively correlated with TTP; LKB1, AMPK and Bax expression in cancer tissue of malignant group were significantly lower than those in the tissue adjacent to carcinoma of malignant group and the focus tissue of benign group, negatively correlated with Peak and MTT, and positively correlated with TTP. Conclusion: Endometrial carcinoma ultrasound contrast parameters are correlated with the proliferation and apoptosis gene expression in the focus, and the change of blood perfusion in focus tissue can increase the proliferation gene expression and inhibit the apoptosis gene expression.
