Philosophy, with its metaphysics, epistemology, and axiology ways of thinking, besides providing fundamental answers to problems in philosophy and general science, also give a solid foundation for the existence of law itself. Law, if reflected through philosophical science, is included as science which has its own characteristics for its normative nature. |
