Materials and Methods: P. falciparum Parasite was Prepared in a Culture in CludingRPMI1640 and Schizontantingens extracted and injected into the mice. Then B Lyphocytes of immunized mice were extracted from their spleen and the fusion was Performed using NS-1 and monoclonal antibody to MSP-2 was Produced. Results: Anumber of monoclonal antibody to MSP-2 weres Produced which confirmed efficiency and Immunizing effects of various domains of MSP-2 molecule.
