Coastal wetlands are exemplary of the stack of numerous environmental standards, sometimes old, which now guide urban planning rules. In this context, these standards support spaces and agricultural practices, called environmental and heritage, which characterize the agriculture of these territories. Can this context bring new types of agriculture? Is there possible for other, more ordinary forms of agriculture? Although they are not defined, these ordinary forms of agriculture appear absolutely essential to the dynamics of the urban project by becoming the adjustment variable. Environmental standardization is only possible by choosing to decide on the existence of ordinary agricultural land, even if it means manufacturing it.
