The angular dependence of Raman peaks intensity for different phonon modes were studied by rotating from 0 to 180 degree around the c-axis of the ternary layered crystal. In combination with the theoretical calculations, the experimentally observed Raman peaks were assigned to four active Raman modes accordingly. http://dx.doi.org/10.1063/1.4916779
