Because a lot of unqualified workmen work in construction area some damages occurs at buildings. So training of workman is very important about safety of construction. This provide with internal professional educations and with setting periodic proficiency courses. Thus, the workman will know to provide technical privation of his work and will have the skill about following of standards. At that course, lessons should be at a standard level that workman, can understand easily. Health of workman, safety of work, productivity, site organization and function are some of important topics at building sites. Moreover, competences and duty limits of staff should be examined.
