Reprogramming of keratinocytes was performed using Sendai virus. Further characterization of the keratinocyte-derived iPSC line (designated as MUSIi006-A) confirmed that the cell line was pluripotent, free from Sendai viral genome and transgenes, and retained normal karyotype.
