Dialogic position is studied as a special position, the maintenance of which is determined by aspiration of a human being to co-operate with a subject, to express one’s own emotional experience and to hear personal information in return. It is proved that dialogic intention will recommence (regenerate) only in reply to «meeting» with a world of other consciousness, being mediated by dialogic intercourse. Peculiarities of dialogic position’s forming among subjects of educational-professional activities, namely university students, intending to become practicing psychologists, are analyzed in the article. Psycho-diagnostic procedure is suggested to expose manifestation levels of dialogic position. The diagnostic procedure, focused to design special conditions which respondents would consider as a situation of dialogic intercourse, was modelled. Three projective diagnostic procedures, identical for all groups, were conducted: the group of students received a task to describea human portrait as imaginary possible communication partner, then to ask this «partner» a few questions, to describe themselves «as though from the eyes of this man». Three levels of dialogism were allocated among psychology students – low, middle and high. The results of the conducted research testify to very low level of development of dialogic intentions among future practicing psychology students. At the same time, it seems interesting that this index is definitely more expressed among students with medical speciality and those university students, who study practical psychology as their additional speciality. It is possible to make a hypothesis, that dialogic intention is a quality of personality, but it is formed in early ontogenesis and further remains unchanged. It is possible to presume dialogic position when students’ descriptions of imaginary partners progress beyond and above just external bodily image, including their reflections about personal peculiarities of the imaginary character, events and milestones of his/her biography and so on. http://journals.uran.ua/index.php/2227-6246/article/view/156462/155862dialogismdialogic positionpsychologistprojective methodologysubject.
