Summary: | <p>Parkinson's disease (PD) is a common neurodegenerative disease, characterized by typical motor symptoms and various non-motor symptoms (NMS). Parkinson's disease dementia (PDD) is one common NMS, with high prevalence, disability rate, and poor response to treatment. Recently there have been increasingly new findings in clinical and experimental studies on PDD.
