Summary:This research aimed: 1) to study components of a bilingual school administration model in Laos and 2) to develop an appropriate bilingual schools administration model for Laos. The research process comprised of three phrases: 1) studying components of bilingual schools administration model in Laos by obtaining a documentary study and an In-depth interview of 9 experts, using purposive selection technique. The instrument used in this phrase was semi-structured interviews. The content analyzing was used to analyze the collected data. 2) Developing of an appropriate bilingual schools administration model for Laos by obtaining a group discussion of 18 experts, using purposive selection technique. The first group consisted of 9 experts were the Ministry of Education and Sports and bilingual schools’ administrators, and the other group of 9 experts were bilingual schools’ teachers. The instrument used in this phrase was a meeting minute. The content analyzing was used to analyze the collected data, and 3) inspecting and confirmation of model by obtaining a survey study and a group meeting: (1) the survey study, sample used in this study consisted of 12 administrators, 40 teachers and 40 parents from 4 bilingual schools in Laos, using purposive selection technique. The instrument used in this study was 5 rating-scale questionnaires. The basic statistics used for analyzing the collected data were means and standard deviation. (2) The group meeting of 9 experts, was selected by using purposive selection technique. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires. The basic statistics used for analyzing the collected data were means and standard deviation. The results of this study were as follows: The bilingual schools administration model of Laos consisted of 5 operation components and 24 sub-components ; 1) administrator with 8 sub-components, 2) administration structure with 4 sub-components, 3) curriculum and instruction administration with 7 sub-components, 4) bilingual school management with 3 components, and 5) student management with 2 sub-components. The bilingual school administration model for Laos consisted of 7 operation components and 61 sub-components ; 1) modernized administrator with10 sub-components, 2) administration structure with 18 sub-components, 3) instructional administration with12 sub-components, 4) bilingual school management with 6 sub-components, 5) student management with 5 sub-components, 6) technology management with 5 sub-components, and 7) quality assurance with 5 sub-components.
