Summary:This research has as its main objective, evaluating the performance of the trainers of trainers in El Salvador for assessing levels of effectiveness in the development of teaching skills who will cater for the generations of students in the country. For what was proposed design, validate and use a manual evaluation to establish the levels of performance. In the study were 262 teachers trainers (ace) those working full time, part-time and class time. On the part of the students were 869, which are distributed by educational level and specialty, and 50 people working as heads(ace) and coordinators. All belonging to the 12 institutions that educate distributed in 6 departments of the country. To collect information, we used a questionnaire ad-hoc as the most suitable technique to collect information, which has correspondence with the criteria established for the design of the evaluation manual. Answers need to be adapted to a Likert scale.
