In this context, this research has as general objective to analyze the structure of the social network formed from groups in social networks sites among employees of an organization. Was adopted the method of social network analysis, asking the respondents to cite the members of the groups of social networks sites related to labor issues in which they participate. Was used centrality, density and modularity metrics in the Gephi 0.9.1 software to build the network and analyze it. From the identification of 23 different groups, was mapped a non-directed affiliation network composed of 68 nodes and 1501 edges, dense and structured in four modules. The most central employees present different sectors and positions. This indicates that labor information is disseminated virtually in a heterogeneous way. Some central roles in the mapped social network do not coincide with the formal organizational structure.</p>https://revistes.uab.cat/redes/article/view/779redes sociaisredes sociais virtuaisgruposambiente organizacionalanálise de redes sociais
