Analysis of the latest investigations and publications in the field of corporate management revealed that the issue of stock corporation supervisory board committees formation and their duties has not been studied enough. That is why the article examines the question defining the list of stock corporation supervisory board committees in building sector which is rational to create on continuing basis. The article also clarifies the issue of these committees duty portfolio.The Ukrainian legislative basis has been investigated and the list of committees which is rational to create in supervisory board and their duty portfolio has been developed in this paper. For the first time judiciary committee has been added to the list of committees, which duties are to control law compliance both by stock corporation and supervisory board.
