Objective: The objective of this case report is to approach different surgical techniques for rebuilding of the saddle nose, by emphasizing the use of the chondrocostal cartilage. Case Report: The patient DBJD, 43 years old, presented nasal deformity, saddle nose, of traumatic etiology. He was submitted to correction using chondrocostal cartilage.
