Los entierros intencionales de perros en el sitio de Pochotitan, lugar muy importante para el intercambio de mercancías en la ruta comercial que atravesó el cañón de Bolaños, constituye la evidencia fehaciente de que este animal desempeñó un lugar preponderante en la cosmovisión de la cultura Bolaños; a su vez, constata una interrelación con los pueblos mesoamericanos desde las primeras centurias de nuestra era. ENGLISH: Intentional dog burials at the site of Pochotitan, a very important place for commerce located on the trade route that crossed the Bolaños canyon, is convincing evidence that this animal occupied an important place in the Bolaños world view of culture. At the same time, it supports an existing connection to the ideology of Mesoamerican people from the first centuries of our era.
