Description
Summary:The present study concerns the environmental monitoring of a site that is close to the industrial area of Pederobba (Treviso  province) which is characterized by the presence of a cement factory. Successively 43 soil samples were collected-including 26 surface samples and 17 deep ones. Each soil sample was analyzed and organic (PAHs, PCBs and PCDD/Fs) and inorganic (metals and metalloids) parameters were measured. Analytical results showed some values above contamination threshold levels in residential districts regarding PCDD/F, copper and cobalt.
