The disease was diagnosed on the basis of history, clinical signs, post mortem findings, histopathological examination, bacteriological study, biochemical tests, biological test, PCR assay and finally by Electron microscopical examination. Antibiotic sensitivity test was done for the isolate. The ailing animals were successfully treated with antibiotic, analgesic and corticosteroid. The epidemic was finally controlled by therapeutic measures, immunization, restriction of movement of animals and proper disposal of carcasses.http://www.animalmedicalresearch.org/Vol.4_Issue-1_June_2014/Mintu%20Chowdhury.pdfBuffaloHemorrhagic SepticemiaOutbreakPCRElectron MicroscopyDiagnosisAntibiogramImmunization
