Summary:The research of radiation-hygienic situation of the region neighboring the place of peaceful nuclear explosion «Tavda» showed the absence of the release of radionuclides to the surface. There were no any publications in local massmedia for the last 5 years. The most of the respondents are not aware of this explosion. They don’t show symptoms of radio anxiety about possible consequences of this explosion. The respondents are interested in information about possible influence of radiation on their health and protective measures from radiation. The adequate Recommendations have been developed for Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights protection and Human Well-being.
