Following this context, this paper investigates the area of ​​business training by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting proposals for improvements. It presents a brief history of pedagogy, emphasizing the emergence of business pedagogy. It reference the authors Paulo Freire, Dewey and Skinner, among others, reflecting on teaching methods correlated with educational praxis. It shows the pedagogical vision within the company private, revealing the pedagogue as a manager of people, knowledge and information. It shows the experience of two pedagogues in development, where one acts in a textile industry as a training leader, using a teaching method called TWI (Training Within Industry); and the other, in a telecommunications company, working as an attendant, eventually being requested to offer training of the systems worked at the company for new employees. After research on the telecommunications company, the pedagogue perceives difficulties on the part of newcomers employees to assimilate the information of access to the systems and proposes an intervention, creating the "Basic Primer for new Attendants", being implemented through training offered by the pedagogue with duration five days. Action-research is used as methodology. It adopts as a technique of analysis a quantitative questionnaire applied to the student, with the purpose of evaluating the training offered by the pedagogue.
