The fasting blood samples were analyzed for (T3,T4,TSH) by using Vitek Immuno diagnstic Assay System (VIDAS). Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) is used to detect anti-thyroid peroxidase (Anti-TPO) antibody .The results show that age, gender and BMI (body mass index) have significantly higher levels in the patients groups as compared to the healthy group at (phttp://bsj.uobaghdad.edu.iq/index.php/BSJ/article/view/2316"Type 2 diabetes, thyroid disorders, anti-thyroid peroxidase" |
