Establish consumer utility function and corporate profit maximization model. Research has shown that consumers’ satisfaction with the three ways that companies do not provide return freight insurance for consumers’ online return, companies offer return freight insurance for consumers’ online return, and companies do not provide return freight insurance for consumers’ offline return when the price is high, free return shipping insurance can maximize the company’s online benefits, while not providing return shipping insurance services can maximize the company’s offline benefits, reducing commodity prices, and improving offline store service levels to further increase revenue; improve products Packaging quality to increase the net residual value of the product by ensuring the integrity of the product has a positive impact on increasing market share and corporate profits.
