| Summary: | In conditions of increasing market competition, a producer must efficiently manage the production process to maintain or improve the quality of manufactured products. The efficiency of management improves with the use of advanced methods of product quality evaluation. The key problem of quality evaluation is selection of a quality assurance strategy at the production stage. Quality assurance strategies include a set of activities and quality management tools. The purpose of the paper is to determine the criteria for multi-criteria optimization model for planning activities targeted to ensure the product quality. The author proposes target criteria for resolving the problem of multi-criteria optimization, presents the advantages of using the multi-criteria optimization model for planning quality assurance activities. |
