Description
Summary:An issue of humanization of public administration in Ukraine in terms of contemporary strategy of the United Nations is being researched. Several concepts of public administration were formed during the process of search for approaches of public management enhancement at XX century. In particular, they were such as “public administration”, “new public administration”, “good governance” etc. As opposed to traditional Weber’s model of administration, contemporary models are grounded at the elements of partnership and mutual responsibility of administrative structures that represent state sector and civil society at all levels of public administration (global, national, regional, local) and interact in administration of state affairs with the aim of social development processes provision. The detailed analysis of the UN conception and list of perspective objectives (up to 2015) for the states concerning revival of public administration is conducted. The UN conception is aimed to search balance between classic public administration that is directed to satisfaction of national-wide interests, and state management, directed to immediate satisfaction of population with state-administrative services.
