Description
Summary:The federal election of July 1, 2018 in México made clear 2 things: once, that democracy won in some way in our country and two, although Andrés Manuel wins overwhelmingly these votes are not for him but for him; as they could have been or may be tomorrow for other political actors; that is, Andres Manuel does not win the election, he personally, but does legitimize democracy in some way, without this meaning, that is already mature, but at less that it could go in process of that maturation. This article provides an interaction of democratic canons in the world, to look for the approximation of the 2018 election and its results. It will be observed that, although it is true, the procedural stage has somehow been overcome, thanks in great part to technology and social networks, by the way; the other part, substantive and quality democracy, is still far away.
