Researches were carried out on 125 lactations from Romanian Black and White cows from the Didactical Farm Timisoara. Lactation were divided into the four seasons as follows: summer with 34 lactations, winter with 19 lactations, spring with 35 lactations, and autumn with 37 lactations.
