This initiation, included in schoolteacher education in France, represents, in the particular case of Creteil, 120 hours spread over the two years of a master's degree. The thematic offer allows students to engage in different fields of research according to their choice. In our study, these fields concern the didactics of a discipline (mathematics, sports) or the transversal question of gender equality and sexuality, approached from a socio-didactic point of view. We are interested in the teaching practices of novice teachers during the first two years of practice after their tenure.
