Description
Summary:The paper presents a method of obtaining zinc oxide nano- and microparticles. In these studies microwave reactor and laboratory pressure reactor were used. Since microwave radiation accelerates proceeding of reactions, this way was found to be an effective method in the process of obtaining fine nanocrystallines of zinc oxide. The size of prepared particles did not exceed 500 nm.
