Summary:In this article, we’re trying to raise awareness of the expression of sexuality (and its taboos) in a post-revolutionary Tunisia. We’ll also see its connection with political changes that took place in the country. Our starting point is the strong distinction between public and private spaces in the Arab societies. That distinction rules the behaviour of their inhabitants, known as an indivisible community in which individuality is not that important. We will describe, in general, Tunisians’ sexual context to understand how sexual diversity can be included in Arab identities.
