Summary:Data, confirming high appreciation of the specialists’ training quality at the University by Ukrainian community as well as European universities, are given.The analysis of students’ answers showed, that their own attitude towards defining their own course in studies depends neither on the gender nor on the place of living. Those who take part in social life are members of youth organization and plan to work according to their speciality, actively cooperate with teachers as far as defining a number of variable subjects of their individual academic curriculum is concerned. The number of such students is approximately 30%. Besides, analysis of the questionnaire showed that on the whole the students consider the individual student’s curriculum (ISC) introduction positive with a view to improving the quality of specialists’ training. That was the answer of 80,56% of the students in 2009 (80,3% in 2008).Conscious attitude to a discipline studies provides for analysis of time spent by every student. Questionnaire analysis of 2008–2009 showed that the number of students who are acquainted with distribution of hours for independent studies, came down from 71,51% to 67,97% too, but on the whole, percentage of such students is rather high.As a whole, students’ attitude towards current control (CC) is positive. In 2009 32,25% of the students were fully satisfied with its organizing (compared to 48,27% in 2008).Besides, in students’ opinion, who were questioned in 2009, CC influences the improvement of specialists’ training positively, 81,93% of students think so, compared to 80,53% in 2008.The degree of students’ ability for self-determining among 2-3-year students was assessed by the question about a person they count on in future job placement. In 2009 59,47% counted on themselves, that is somewhat more than in 2008 (54,97% of students). So, more than a half of the 2-3-year students think that on the average only 1 of 20 students was overestimated. On the whole, monitoring students’ attitude to innovations as far as quality of specialists’ training at the University is concerned, showed their essential approval.
