In the classical electrophoresis process, devices and materials used for power supply, UV (ultraviolet) transilluminator and gel imaging, process control procedures are performed as separate processes and by the experimenters. Smile effect, diffusion effect and other factors may decrease the sensitivity in the analysis and may result in incorrect band image and band density calculation on the results. This study aims to increase the sensitivity of the analysis by minimizing the voltage fluctuation of the power supply during the electrophoresis process and the errors of the bands such as the bands overflowing out of the gel when the tester does not turn off the power supply in time; Control software, mini gel electrophoresis system design and application studies, which enable the devices used to operate in order of operation and the calculation operations can be performed automatically by a microprocessor and microcontroller interfaces.
