Summary:This test aims to determine whether leadership (leadership agility) and digital intelligence (digital quotient) have an influence on employee engagement. The data collection method used in this study was by distributing questionnaires to employees and obtained a sample of 150 people in pharmaceutical companies and Pinrumah.com. The analysis method used is multiple regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 20 software as data processing. The results showed that there was a significant effect on digital quotient on employee engagement and leadership agility had a significant effect on employee engagement.
