The purpose of the study is to increase the low score obtained by the students which is under the KKM. Before conducting the research, pre-cycle test was held with the result is the total of the score in one class 1177 with average score 58.85 and not complete 65.00% and complete 35.00%, while the lowest one is 52 and the highest is 75. The treatment in the first cycle increased to the total of score 1337 which is average 66.85 and 25.00% not complete and 75.00% complete with the lowest score 50 and the highest 83. Furthermore for cycle II the total of values increased to 1528, the average score of 76.65 and the students passed 100 %. Subjects in this study were the fourth grade of SD Negeri 003Kundur. Subject matter of the teaching material Mathematics is summation and decimal number reduction, semester II with basic competency in grade IV SD Negeri 003Kundur. The method used in this research is the method Numbered Heads Together. The research cycle is carried out twice (cycle I and cycle II). Each cycle, teacher and student observations and learning outcomes was held.
