| Summary: | This article aims to present the distinction of disregard of the institutions of the legal personality of personal responsibility and administrator partners . Although there is great confusion on the part of the doctrine and jurisprudence to apply the disregard of legal personality to the case , it appears that Brazilian legislation has several legal provisions relating to the personal responsibility of the member / administrator that need to be applied to instead of allowing exceptional as is the disregard of legal personality , injuring the principle of patrimonial autonomy. |
