Intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen-bonding interactions stabilize the structure. Each organic ligand assumes a zwitterionic form, chelating to the metal atom through the two O atoms, while the two nitrate groups also exhibit chelating behavior, leading to a distorted octahedral coordination of the Cd atom. |
