The article discusses the main models of interaction between participants in the educational process in the digital educational environment, as well as their features. It is argued that personality characteristics, features of the social situation, the level of ICT competence of a teacher and a student can lead to conflict in the electronic information-educational environment. Communication features and technical features of the electronic information and educational environment itself can also provoke conflicts.
