| Summary: | Although in our Constitution lay stress on the article 208 that the
grade school period is the right of every body, we have noticed that
the government doesnt assumed its political and economics responsibilities
when the offer and the quality of public education is involved,
mainly for young and adults. In this article we took into consideration
the history, trying to analyze the public policy for young and
adults education, or the lack of them in the last forty years. This
reflection also expresses the close relation between the young and
adults education and the popular education. |
