We report a case of Bullous Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (BSLE). Patient presented with fever, arthalgia and widespread blistering eruptions on face, neck and upper chest wall. Skin biopsy revealed subepidermal bulla and Direct Immunofluorescence (DIF) showed deposition of IgG, IgA, IgM, C3, C1q at the dermoepidermal junction. On treatment lesions healed rapidly.
