Animal Response to the Hydroxyethylated Alkyl- and Isononylphenols Influence as an Allostatic Response to Toxic Load

The article studies the effect of neonols АФ 9-12 and АФС 9-6 КМ on animal response to the toxic load in experiments in Wistar albino rats. The explicit effect toxic agents on catecholamines dynamics and their precursors, as well as significant decrease in blood cell composition have been detected....

Description
Summary:The article studies the effect of neonols АФ 9-12 and АФС 9-6 КМ on animal response to the toxic load in experiments in Wistar albino rats. The explicit effect toxic agents on catecholamines dynamics and their precursors, as well as significant decrease in blood cell composition have been detected. Leukocytes are most susceptible to both grades of xenobiotics. Long-term introduced toxic doses 1/10 and 1/100 DL50k, elicit allostatic response including body functional state stabilization, starting from the 30s day.
