Namely, in the system of copyright and related rights, the possibility of collective management is one aspect of the exercise of rights. This collectivity stems from the fact that the exploitation of the subject of protection of copyright and related rights in modern society has reached level that exceed the capabilities of the author, or title holder of related rights as individuals to exercise their rights independently. Therefore, authorized organization for collective management, has a role to collect fees. In the absence of express statutory regulations, the answer must be sought in analog application of the corresponding provisions of the Law on Obligations, which this paper is devoted special attention.http://scindeks-clanci.ceon.rs/data/pdf/0550-2179/2014/0550-21791404265R.pdfobsolescencematuritydefaultroyaltiesspecial compensation
