HOW TO BE READ PIAAC RESULTS FOR ADAPTATION TO NEW AGE?

In the course of Industry 4.0 has been becoming popular, social scientists began to name and describe new production methods and management practices including comunication facilities and channels, employment opportunties, values, namely the social structure of the new order. It is obvious that the World is not being satisfied by the Information Society which is named as "The Age of Terrific Deal" by Robert R. Reich and seeking a more perfect order. While the World is on the edge of a new age, could Turkey catch contemporary times which the World passing through and match the requirements of the age? In this paper which we are searching for answers of that query, we will bring PIAAC outcomes into the focus to determine the missing elements and/or factors of Turkey accordingly and will discuss the results of the absence of those determining factors and/or elements
