Description
Summary:Bribery is one of the most serious crimes against the public interest and the proper functioning of justice. When the State guarantees its employees to carry out their duties, they assume that they carry out acts according to specific rules and to achieve the public interest. The employee who deviates from the performance of his work in order to achieve his personal benefits is outside the provisions of these rules which he is obliged to abide by. It drops the dignity of the job to the level of the commodity in which it trades. The danger of this crime is increasing at the present time due to the wide range of services provided by the state to citizens through its employees, which may oblige some to comply with the deviations of this employee or that if the trader wants to do his job and exploit it to his own interests.
