Summary:Choroid plexus papilloma (CPP) is a relatively rare, slow-growingbenign tumor (WHO level I). Recently, an adult patient with fourthventricle choroid plexus papilloma received surgery via a suboccipitalmidline approach in our hospital. It has been rare in clinicalpractice to see postoperative hemorrhage occurring in the samepatient 3 times. The causes of the hemorrhage were analyzed basedon literature regarding postoperative hemorrhage in choroid plexuspapilloma and in intracranial tumors. The case involved in our studyis described and detailed in the following.
