Description
Summary:A short interpretation of the poem Passagem da noite by Carlos Drummond de Andrade, written on the poems book A rosa do povo, of 1945. The chosen way for the interpretation text follows the direction of the two opposite poles found in Drummonds poetry, MY OWN versus THE WORLD, especially at this book. Our objective is to demonstrate how Drummond works with these two perspectives. If in some poems, the poet chooses only one of the poles, as in Versos boca da noite, in Passagem da noite we find a kind of harmony or maybe, a conflict. Brazilian Modernism poetry Drummond.
