The paper refers to the improvement of the painting process of plastic parts (bars) in order to ensure an increase of the cadence according to the current requirements production, in quality conditions. The purpose of this paper is to provide ideas for improving the quality of the painted product, thus ensuring the quality of the final product. All large organizations have implemented management methods that can identify the causes that generate defects, but also the actions that can be taken to resolve the problems and to prevent them or other issues. These organisations have state-of-the-art technology and qualified staff in all departments.
