Summary:Objective: To analyze the effect of danhong injection on endothelial injury, degree of inflammation and cardiac function of patients with acute coronary syndrome after interventional therapy. Methods: A total of 104 patients with acute coronary syndrome who received inpatient treatment in our hospital from August 2012 to August 2015 were chosen as the research subjects and randomly divided into observation group 52 cases and control group 52 cases according to different treatment. Control group received clinical routine interventional therapy for acute coronary syndrome, the observation group received danhong injection adjuvant treatment on the basis of interventional therapy, and then endothelial injury, the degree of inflammation and cardiac function were compared between two groups. Results: After observation group received danhong injection adjuvant treatment, plasma vWF, ET-1 and NTG value were lower than those of control group while NO and FMD value were higher than those of control group (P<0.05); serum pentraxin-3, IL-18, IL-18/IL-10 and LpPLA2 value of observation group after treatment were lower than those of control group while IL-10 value was higher than that of control group (P<0.05); LVEDV, LVESV and BNP value of observation group after treatment were lower than those of control group while LVEF value was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusions: Danhong injection adjuvant therapy on the basis of interventional therapy for patients with acute coronary syndrome can reduce vascular endothelial and inflammatory injury, and play a positive role in cardiac protection.
