Exploring the world of teaching problems and challenges facing teacher education programs as well as lengthy studies done by educational scientists concluded that a quality teacher education programs and reach out all aspects of education and teaching, will give a great influence on improving the performance effectiveness of teachers in classrooms in schools. And will produce high levels of success and significant in the teaching-learning process. This reinforces the argument that the more qualified and professional teachers, the higher the level of learning achievement that may be achieved by the students. To achieve the target of producing teachers who are competent and professional, investment and reform began in the implementation of solid programs and quality in educational institutions producing the prospective teachers. Teacher should be the target of educational investment.
