However, this scale is scaled down to only SSA following obvious logistical limitations. China is a critical principal player in the economy of SSA. The results revealed that the drivers of the Chinese trade and market model is the Communist Party of China and the government of the Peoples Republic of China both of which operate interactively through in an interactive collaboration with the other China’s leading political institutions such as the People's Liberation Army, National People's Congress and People’s Political Consultative Conferences (PPCCs). The Chinese citizenry and business also play a major role in the model. Solid international relations policy with emphasis on respect of the politics of the targeted trade partner, benevolent services dispensed by the GOPRC through loans, credits, aid, investments and market share acquisition through SOEs and PPP are strategies employed by China to gain impetus in host nations. Indications are that SSA lacks the characteristics of the Chinese model for its adoption.http://www.ssbfnet.com/ojs/index.php/ijrbs/article/view/595Chinese Communist PartySub-Saharan AfricaState Owned EnterprisesentrepreneursEuropean Union
