Case: A 25 year man with diabetes mellitus presented with infertility and complained dry ejaculatory. No sperm was seen in the seminal sample, so he suspected to retrograde ejaculation. In the urine sample, sperm was absent too. Testicular sperm extraction (TESE) coupled with varicocelectomy was performed. The spermatogenesis document was revealed in histology. As the patient's problem continued, an antidepressant was administered for possible diabetes complications. Three months later, the patient reported normal ejaculatory fluid and the couple underwent intrauterine insemination and his wife became pregnant. Conclusion: Administration of Imipramine following varicocelectomy may be effective in diabetic men with aspermia to restore normal ejacuation.http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S221462452100006XDiabetes mellitusAspermiaImipramineAntidepressive AgentsEjaculation
