Having first outlined in what conditions the concept emerged and came to be taken into account by the French legal system, the author outlines how this can be construed as a psychological interpretation of the social sphere; showing further, based on data from a qualitative survey, that such an interpretation only partly expresses the phenomenon as encountered in its entirety. |
