PCR-RFLP (polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism) was used to detect polymorphism on ND-5 region of mitochondrial DNA. Polymorphisms were found on ND-5 mitochondrial DNA fragment using HindIII restriction enzyme.
